Locked out of AT&T yahoo and my email.?

In the past 3 weeks I have been locked out three times. After the first login attempt it wants me to type a crypto word. Some of the words are so distorted I don't know if I am typing the right letters or not. All three times I have had to got to tech support to get me back in. They had trouble, too. I have two at&t yahoo email addresses, but only have the trouble with one. I have had both addresses since 1998, before at&t combined with yahoo. Last time my smartphone was also locked out and I had to make a second call to get my smartphone built back in.
