Frederick W. Kagan book series Napoleon and Europe?

I am looking for Frederick W. Kagan's second book, Birth of an Empire, 1806-1808. I can not find it anywhere online or in the library. I also did a google search and read a blog on amazon.com saying it is not currently published. This blog was wrote in early 2010 late 2009. Does anyone have any info about this title and titles following this series.
