File complaint against yahoo.com?

I want to file against Yahoo.com because they sent me to TechVedic Technologies for computer repair and it didn't work and I want REFUND, and I have tried Emails to Yahoo customer service, and they have failed, and now I am Pissed-Off. Frederick Price frederickprice62@yahoo.com
