What can I do to my stock 07 Mustang?

I have a stock 07 mustang and would like to make it a little faster and louder. If there's any way to make it sound better without sounding like a ricer car that would be awesome. If not I can wait until I can afford a super charger. I'm just curious what some not so crazy or expensive things I can do to add some horse power. I've considered a chip or tuner as well as cool air intake. I'd really like to eventually get that nice muscle car sound the gt's have if there is any way I can do that. I would assume the closest I can get is a super charger tho. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
