My 9 month baby hit the back of his head will he be alright?

me and my 9 month old baby were playing on our bed he fell backwards and hit his head on the wall cried loud straight away then after was a little cranky but then was laughing and playing didnt go to sleep for a couple of hours now hes sleeping should i wake him up , now he has a bump on his head will he be ok??
