Who said "By push of bayonets, no firing until you see the whites in their eyes"?

I always thought it was William Prescott, but whenever I search for Frederick the Great quotes I often find the quote in question. It says that Frederick the Great said it at Prague in 1757 at various websites. I'm just trying to see if they both could have said it? Quoting each other, perhaps?
