Things are moving and im seeing shadows?

well the thing is, when im anywhere i keep seeing little shadows, like black or white dotts when i move my eyes, its happening alot. and if i look at something it seriously looks like it moves a bit or is shacking.or goes in a distorted way, but only a little bit. its bugging me because its like i look somewhere and i see something, or stuff moves weired if i stare at it....is there something wrong with my vision or is it something ellse.
