Does anyone know any retro or vintage shops that have good clothes near frederick?

I have a crazy funky style and i love my vintage and retro clothing but i'm always looking at regular shops and they never really have good clothes that would be considered retro or vintage and my dad wont let me shop online with his credit card so i was wondering if anyone knew any good vintage or retro shops that i could go to around frederick because my dad wont take me anywhere to far so yeah
